King price bad service

My car was ****** in the early hours of today 13 June 2018.I called the insurance when I recovered the car at around 05:30,When I called the insurance before 06:00am I was told to call back after the cops arrived,I called back I spoke to one of the agent who promised to log my claim I waited for more than hour without hearing from King price,I called again and spoke to a gentleman who finally assisted me and told me my claim wasn't registered.He said I should wait for the call from one of their department I waited and never received the call.I called again spoke to the lady by the name of Dudu I told her I have been using my airtime to call I had no airtime left if she could call me back,she said I should hold she's putting me to their towing department no one answered until my airtime got finished.I have tried calling them again at 17:35 no once answered.The car is still parked in the drive way where the ****s left it. I have not received any call from KINGPRICE to see if I was assisted.I sent email no response.I'm highly disappointed with how they handled my case.I'm angry at how they treating their customers
