King Price bad experience
So after King Price informed me they will increase my premium by ober R400+ when when actually they tild me my premiums will decrease as the value of my car drops i called to complain about this they assured me that they will consider the kilometers travelled for this month still so I will pay less,. Today they have debited morethan what I expected.. I am so disappointed

21 Oct 2021, 20:01Here's the thing, like all insurers, we too need to implement policy rerates to keep up the rising costs of parts, labour rates, repairs, inflation etc... Which even we can't ignore! These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month. Our retentions department has been in contact to discuss.
