King Price: Bad customer service

I decided to cancel my insurance with King Price for a cheaper premium.<br> <br> I understand that as a sales rep of the company it is your responsibility to do anything to keep the customer with the company but being rude defeats the purpose.<br> <br> I had to have an argument with a Mr. Geraldo Booysen to cancel my insurance. <br> <br> I appreciate the advice, really I do but I think after the fifth time I ask to get my insurance cancelled I expect the agent to oblige. After all, I am the person who needs to be paying the premium at the end of the day.<br> <br> The worst part of it all is when he finally agreed to cancel MY insurance policy - he was completely uninterested and told me he would send the email in the next 10 minutes, not immediately like I asked. I had to further argue with him to send the the confirmation.<br> <br> The service was poor and something needs to be done about this staff member.
