King Price_bad claim experience
Very Quick to assist when taking out insurance with King Price, giving excellent premium rate.
What a disaster when logging a claim.
No response on emails send, no assistance on calls, but as soon as I turned into the worste monster, they are quick to respond within minutes.
Why must turn into a real ***** to get service.
2 weeks & no progress on claim...wowwww
Trying to search for every possible clue to reject a claim, even trying to put words into your mouth & when canceling other vehicles from such bad experience I was asked if I want to withdraw claim...wowwww
5Well, I cancelled other vehicles from them, rather pay now double the premium that having to deal with this
