You guys really disappointed me this month. I thought you were the best insurance, I told everyone I know how great you are, I even wNted to bring you another client, then you go and pull this stunt.
I understand that things increase, but not by R500, 00, that's day light *******, no communication on you part that there's a price increase. The fact the premium was adjusted before lockdown, now you go and do this. Breaks my heart, thought I found my life long insurance company, guess good things never last. Oh well I'll be looking for another happily ever after insurance. Good bye king price. You just lost you most loyal customer

These costs aren't linked to the value of your car, which as you know, depreciates monthly. And unlike other insurers, King Price takes this into account and DECREASES your comprehensive car insurance premium every month.
But you know we do our best to save you as much money as possible.... So we have sent a copy of your message on to the retention's department, who will be in touch shortly to discuss your policy.
