King price awareness. Be careful this doesn’t happen to you

So l had a motor insurance with king price. My husband was in an attempt hijacking assisting some guests at my guesthouse at a drop off. Since the r incident we called king price they were amazing sent a tow truck. Got the venue to their assessment centre the assessor was amazing . Kept me informed every step. Then the guy handling the cllaim decline the claim because my policy is not a shuttle vehicle. This is an attempt hijacking how does this effect passengers.. l travelled to Durban to visit my son in December what if this happened to us as a family.
