King Price, Autobann and Firsthelp missing spare wheel

i Was involved in an accident and my car was towed by FirstHelp under the instruction of King Price Insuarance. On the scene FirstHelp checker in my spare wheel and towed the car. Then the car was sent to Autoban for repairs. When I received my car back the spare wheel was missing. I communicated with Autobann and they told me the car had no spare wheel when they received it form FirstHelp. I then referred the matter to King Price and I was told Samu will call me. After weeks of calling over & over again Samu eventually called me and forwarded an email to autoban and FirstHelp. First help confirmed the spare-wheel was there. After weeks I continued to follow up and nothing is being said. I send emails but it all leads to a dead end. I’m driving long distances in a car that does not have a spare wheel. This is too much inconvenience.
