King Price are kings of vehicle insurance

In September 2020 King Price wrote me a letter to the effect my premiums would be increasing as from November. The increase was very marginal but I thought something was wrong as my premiums have been going down only since I joined them. I wrote back in October, expressing surprise at the turn of events, that they have broken their "Royal Pledge" never to increase my premiums. Indeed KP called the end of October after receiving my email. Not only did they confirm the "Royal Pledge" not to increase my premium but cut it down my to the minimum I have ever paid for a vehicle. The excess which was debited on my account in October was refunded in two days. What a royal experience! Superb communication was the cherry on top. KP deserves a five, but unfortunately I can count only to four in these matters.
