King price ***ard behavior

Good morning, please be aware all the friendly answer and agents is just a smoke screen. I was promised by every agent that the revelant department will contact me regarding my television claim wich was approved but I rejected because they decide by themselves wich television is equal in quality and value to my television that was demaged,but every promised for 2 weeks never happened I am still waiting for a manager but like auto and general said in their advert the moment of truth for any insurance is when people claim. I could see that no one will contact me so I request my demaged TV back and that I want to cancell my policy with king price, the only activity that took place is when they took my money via debit order. I only want any of them contact me to atleast get the old TV back and also for me to cancell my policy but I can't even get that. From them, but good luck to all the happy reviews but see how long it will last Lythen Abdul
