King Price, anything but royalty service!
<p>My brother has recently been involved with an accident on the 16th of December and was towed by Classic Recoveries Pinetown. Classic advised me that they are affiliated with King Price and that was also confirmed with Ryno Swanepoel, my insurance assessor. He said he is 100% sure that Classic Recoveries is a part of their list ( which is on recording ). On the 30th of December I received a call from King Price to say that I am liable for all of the towing costs as Classic Recoveries isn't a part of their list. I have called King Price on the 31st of December just to confirm whether Classic Recoveries is on their list and the agent, Aziz McPherson advised me that Classic Recoveries is definitely affiliated with King Price.</p> <p>King price quotes that we should always be HONEST, well maybe you should be the ones to set an example. I was asked to pay the accident scene towing fees and the storage fees because of the dishonesty at King Price.</p> <p>I took out my insurance at King Price because of the cheaper premium, but I was obviously very wrong in my decision.</p>

We are really sad you are disappointed in us.
Unfortunately due to the fact that we where not contacted the tow and storage was not authorised hence you are liable for those fees. We have however tried to negotiate with the service provider to the best of our ability and are looking into the matter.

Ofcourse when I contact King Price, no one is able to assist. Full of empty promises! My tow wasn't authorized, I was told the vehicle will be moved so the storage fees wouldn't accumulate, but again KING PRICE ****! My vehicle was not moved and neither did you pay the storage fees. Then I was **** to again when you said Classic Recoveries isn't a part of your towing network. The worst insurance provider!
