King Price and their pathetic service!

I was informed that it takes 3 to 5 days from the date that the damage report is done. I have had absolutely no communication with king price since the day I claimed from them. The only time I get information is when I call and all I get told is the claim is still unfinalized. When I ask to be transferred to the person working on my claim I get told they will ask the person to contact me. Completely unprofessional and untrained employees. Utterly disgusted!!!
