KING PRICE and their Merry Bandits!!

Let me tell you a cautionary tale about a huge customer service FAIL!

One day I was on my merry way and my VW chariot hit a bump. I freaked out and called The KING of all Kings. The noblest of the noble. King Price. The one with cool ads that promise to cross mountains and swim seas to protect you when oopsies happen in the Kingdom.

After an oopsie, King Price sent me the fellowship of the king. This First Group knight in shining armour rode in on a white tow truck to rescue me.

Alas, my joy would not last long. When I got my most prized chariot back I realised that Tow truck knight had managed to damage not just the back but the FRONT TOO! My knight turned out to be the rudest most arrogant bandit!

I called the King and they noped out of there quicker than any two-faced villain I have ever seen. And passed me around like a doobie at a Reggae concert.

They would ghost me for days on end and the silence between me and my king would become deafening.

I did all the hard work of getting quotes only to be told by the bandits that digital quotes are not accepted. I mean, How can I a subject of the king argue with the Kings court.

I humbly ask them to send out an approved assessor from the Kings courtiers and a quote from a King approved auto repair shop.

But wait it gets better!

AFTER THREE WHOLE MONTHS! Guess what I get today.

A DIGITAL quote from an autobody shop that they previously rejected. Miraculously, a digital quote is acceptable. WITHOUT sending an assessor. Only because now half the damage is not reflecting on the quote.

What a load of poppy****? Perhaps now its time to chencha daai ding and Budget!

PS King Price Robin Hood is on the case.
