KING PRICE and PHONE TRADR ARE TRASH!

I regret changing my insurer from MiWay to King Price! I reported an issue with King Price regarding an insured cellular phone on 4 May 2020. I only got a call from an agent on 12 May saying the device would be collected from myself on 13 May. Today is the 26 May 2020 and the device is yet to be collected.

Every time I call, King Price does not want to deal with the matter, they simply hand me off to Phone Trader. The agents at Phone Trader are *****! Every week, I call and every time I call, I am told that the matter will be investigated and an agent will call me back. That does not happen.

I do not believe that I pay monthly for such horrible service! No other insurer has given me such a headache over such a small matter! I am angry and completely dissatisfied with the level of service I have received. I feel as though I am being ****med by this insurer!
