King Price and N4 Autocraft DO NOT CARE for clients

King Price does not share best interest of its clients and has by far opted for the worst Autocraft body repair company, called N4 Autocraft located in Pretoria, N4 Gateway Industrial Park. My mother was notified to drop off her vehicle at N4 Autocraft by King Price and was provided with an alternative vehicle for a period of a month. A month later King Price rental vehicle was returned, and my Senior Citizen Mother was left stranded without transportation for another few weeks. Had to make alternative means for transport to work and back, could not run her household errands and grandkids left stranded at school when doing extra mural activities. Emails went back and forth and only when we reached out to N4 Autocraft was when they rep****. At no point did King Price leadership team or management intervene or reach out to the client for customer service. N4 Autocraft did not do a good job fixing the vehicle after having it for over a month and few weeks, it returned with splatters of white marks which seems like paint on a matte vehicle and the sensor was not replaced. The vehicle was then booked in again and my mother was notified it would be only for two days. It has been almost 2 weeks now and the car is still at their workshop. They do not bother to reach out to advise on the progress, instead each time we reach out we are given different stories. On their company WhatsApp chat, they respond only when they wish and not always providing adequate answers. My brother went to their workshop on Monday to find out on the progress of the vehicle which was meant to be released last week Wednesday and was told it would be ready by Monday afternoon at15h00pm. I reached out again on WhatsApp around 14h28pm and was only then told, it was not going to be ready by Monday afternoon. Today again reached out at 13h20 after no communication from N4 Autocraft at all, they only then said it would be ready 16h30 today. Were they ever going to reach out if not followed up on today again? Did King Price customer care see reason to reach out to its paying client at any given time regarding this pending ongoing matter?

Very ********* and not worth continuing with their services or lack thereof.
