King Price and it's towing broke my car
It was on the 14th of August 11H10. My car slip out of the road and get stucked in a mud. As this was an emergency, I called King Price as my insurer for an assistance. I got I of their consultant to call towing on my behalf. I open a claim immediately. But due to the fact that there was no damages on my car, I asked them to help me with towing only because I had a flat tyre. The consultant said to me that I am not covered for towing. I had to pay cash of about R 2500. Those towing guys towed my car with a front right wheel and damaged my car and my mag. I am now left with a broken car. It is now my problem. I tried to call King Price and the consultants transfer me from one to another, I am now turned into an epic fool by this insurance company and it's people.
As per our records you cancelled the claim due to the excess amount and made your own arrangements with the service provider to tow the vehicle hence the charge.
