King Price and Auto Magic Poor Service

I had an accident and everything was fine until the car was booked in to the panel beaters. Nomfundo my claims agent gave me no feedback. The only feedback was when I called and enquired myself.

I never knew that my car was ready until I got an sms from the rental company saying the car was to be returned. When I got to my car I found out the work was not done and Nomfundo told the panel beaters to close the claim and they would pay me out for parts that could not be found.

That was three weeks ago, I have not heard a thing from Nomfundo. Whenever I call his line drops (over 8 times now). Other claims agents tell me that he is the only one that can help.

To make matters worst. My car was poorly repaired by auto magic. I never noticed it until my kid pointed it out but my mesh was not repaired on my bumper.

This has been a 0 out of 10 experience. Please can I get a full status from Nomfundo and can I go deliver my car to Auto Magic to repair. I would like to deliver this week still.
