King Price and Auto Magic

King Price and Auto magic Rustenburg- a nightmare of an experience. had a claim that was approved and my car was booked in for repairs at Auto Magic Rustenburg.

I am very disappointed at what they did to my car. It came back with a cracked windscreen, running daylight not working, some parts were not fitted properly, I don’t understand how quality control approved that mess, Windscreen has gaps that didn’t exist.

Im so disappointed, I don’t understand how King Price would send me to such a panel beater, because I believe it’s people you would trust with being good at their job, or they charge less so they offer poor quality service? My car went there for a simple damage and it comes back with more.

Im appalled by how they released a car like that, mind you these are damages that i had to point out to them, my question is how many more did i not see especially internally. After I complained they fitted a new windscreen today, it is even worse 😡, it’s just floating with visible black glue in attempt to close the gaps that didn’t exist. And excuse is that insurance approved a glass that not for my car. What a horrible experience! Sent emails to King Price raising these concerns and there’s no response.
