King Price - An Insurance Company with Unfaultering Humanity

When a service provider messes up, we rage, guns blazing, over the phone to the poor representative who has just been unlucky to receive our call. We threaten to burn their buildings, or give scathing reviews to hurt them in any imaginable way. But what happens when the client messes up?

King Price has the sort of car insurance that is comprehensive without breaking the bank - on the condition that a mileage reading is submitted every month. If this is not done, a full premium, which is about quadruple the normal amount, will be debited. The condition is reasonable, which is why I had a nervous breakdown when I missed my deadline this month. Admittedly, there are mitigating factors to this - I do not make a point of it to neglect my responsibilities, therefore I cannot recommend anyone do this. However, it slipped my mind, and King Price did exactly what they said they would do - they debited the full premium from my account. When I noticed this, I had a near heart attack. I had my boyfriend call them as soon as it was possible, because I simply could not bare to have this discussion. What do you do when you make a mistake but really, really can't afford to? You can't go in, guns blazing, and curse at the representatives. You have to beg them to hear you out, and hope that they will understand your case.

Eventually, my boyfriend got through to the most helpful person by the name of Jethro Govender. Not only did he understand my predicament, he also gave me a second chance to abide by the condition. I submitted my mileage reading that same day and the following day, Jethro contacted me to confirm that he had received my submission. They have agreed to refund me the difference.

I am truly grateful for Jethro and his assistance. He truly did what he could to help me, and therefore I will remain a loyal client. For an insurance company, I find the consultants to be incredibly human and understanding. I have yet to have a negative experience with King Price and can only sing their praises.
