As a woman alone when my car broke down in a place I was not fami**** with Kim helped me to stay calm and phoned frequently to hear if everything was fine she was an angel beyond words! The gentleman that assisted me was great and so helpful, the next day I had to organise the rest of the logistics and spoke to Jaylene Appel , she went the extra mile to help me with everything and went out of her way to help WOW I am so blessed to have such an amazing insurance company without people that actually care!
