king price aint royal

King price gave me a policy for car insurance,but when Miway beat their premium I called to cancel my policy with king price.i went through the cancelling process with a consultant named Steven who stated to me that he would email me the confirmation of cancellation in 5 min,so half the day went pass,so miway contacted me to see if I have received the confirmation and told me dat if I don't get confirmation on cancelation there will be no proof that it's canceled.so we called king price again but they refused to put me through to cancellation department,a guy named Dillon stated that all their consultants are busy and the only thing he could do was to just pass the message to da cancelation department and their will contact me within the same day.I am very very upset with king price as I am still a client with them because my new insurer will be active from 20th April.I am so worried because don't want to get double charged for the following month.so people don't get bluffed when consultants give u great treatment because when it's time to cancel they are not so great
