King price agents are lairs

I'm so upset over king price. After 2weeks of lodging a claim, they can't validate the claim because apparently they can't get hold of the police. They're always hiding behind claiming that the police stations are closed and I know that's not the case with the police that helped me. The car was apparently assessed on the 3rd of August but they can't tell me what the assessor said about the car. They're saying that they can't get hold of the assessor. What is that? It's their assessor not mine but they can't get hold of him? I'm so angry. I then asked the guy if it's gonna take another 2weeks to fix the car, he said yes even more than that because it's lockdown and they have to look for parts. How do you know that you're going to struggle with parts when you don't know which parts are needed? I'm sick and tired of lies and I'm even thinking of taking my car and fixing it for myself because this insurance policy is draining me more than the car itself. I'm very upset.
