King Price agent sarcasism does not sit well with me.

I was called today from King price call center agent for car and home content insurance. I really thought that the quote was affordable and was going to accept after discussing with my spouse. I then ask the agent about the free patrol I saw on a flyer at the a BP Garage. Was quite surprised when he informed me that people only take quotes for free petrol. I HAD TO REMIND HIM THAT HE CALL ME and that it's not my problem if King Price is experiencing problems with this marketing attempt to get customers but if I am eligible for a voucher I must get it. He started to speak down on me and being sarcastic. I will certainly not tolerate being talked to like that by a call center agent.
