I have been a King Price client for a few years now and I am always happy when I deal with them. Last week I was assisted by a call centre agent named Josh Francis, who assisted me with removing my previous vehicle from my policy and adding the new vehicle. While I became irate due to time constraints, Josh stayed calm on the other side and calmly carried on with asking the necessary questions to ensure my policy is accurately updated, while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Great work, King Price is very good with communication with their clients.
