I would like to convey a big Thank You to Adele de Vries of King Price retentions. After complaining about my steep premium increase, she contacted me with regards to review my policy. She was so friendly and gave great service that made me feel like a valued customer.
BTW she managed to reduce my premium to an acceptable amount!!
