King Price accepting premiums to Reject claims without validation.

Looking at the Hello Peter site review, I am astounded at the false rating given. from an initial star rating, the impression is that they are number 1 in terms of service, however looking further back at the rest of the ratings and complaints, it is astounding to find that the ratings are actually a false impression of the company. i have finally come to realised that I am actually paying to have all claims rejected. my first claim was rejected, then the rejection was overturned. had i not read the policy it would have remained rejected. the assessor are not qualified to assess claims damages. In essence, you have to prove the claim assessment is invalid and not them. management does not return calls and claims remain unaddressed until you address them. As per the slogan, the policies do not decrease, they increase until you ask the reason for a high increase.
