KING PRICE... Absolutely Miserable Experience.
Recently had a accedent at a parking lot. A shopping trolley ran into the car which was blown by the wind. Phone King Price insurance spoke to Sabastian to lodge a claim (which was a first claim). He had a very rude attitude towards my wife asking "did you atleast try to aviod the accident". He said King Price minimum excess is R9500 on any dent and i should rather pay for the repair myself as its a small dent. Im very unhappy with King Price it seems as if they are avoiding a claim by all means possible and fixing a very high excess.
