I would like to tell you all a story, I tale of crisis and dismay that has a heroic ending.

The day starts like any other day in lockdown, except our government has now allowed us to move if we have the correct permit and only 1 month to find a new place, sign a lease, pack a house, cancel fibre, change insurance and get out of the old residence and into the new one in less than 4 weeks which anyone who has moved between provinces will tell you is already a stressful endeavor.

Non of the above except my insurance was a mission, 4pm on an Wednesday my first call to King Price got dropped... compounded frustration with the days events sets in, I call again and I get through to Hlengiwe (the hero of our story).

40 mins on a call an we now have all my details setup and certain items specified as portable, now one would think that if there is anything wrong you will only get a call the next day as its close to most peoples knock of time, you will be wrong.

About an hour after my first call with this amazing lady I get a call from her again, "Sorry Brendan, I made a mistake and need to get hold of my manager to sort it out".

So here I am thinking that I will get a call again the following day, WRONG, 30 min later I get another call from this super star "Hello Brendan, I have spoken to my manager and we are resolving the mistake".

30 or so minutes later, "Hello Brendan, we have resolved everything and thank you for your patience", I was at a loss for words, she gave me some of the best customer service I have ever had, I am still blow away by her dedication and the fact that she did not have to resolve it immediately (However I appreciate it as it gave me peace of mind).

Not only that, the moving company kept changing the delivery date of my furniture and Hlengiwe made sure that the dates were correct even contacting me on the day they collected my furniture and confirming that everything on there side was in order.

@King Price - Please recognize her for her effort, dedication and amazing customer service, if you are the King then she must certainly be one of your princesses, nay QUEEN!
