king price a ****?

Wow what an experience yesterday. Saw this add board yesterday along the N2 King Price Super Cheap insurance. Got in contact and lady give me a quotation of R 670. She tells me the price will drop when she has my wife's ID number because women are better driver therefore premiums are lower for them (her words) so she said she will phone at 18:30 when my wife is home. So phoned and after speaking she gave me a premium of R 840. This is by far the worst sales experience ever. i mean what ******* what a ****!! Maybe she made a mistake I don't know but the calls were recorded so go check out how hastily she ended the call I mean if she tried to rectify her mistake or at least apologise I would have considered still going with King Price but now there is not a chance nor a chance of me not telling everyone about my experience because this was terrible and so unprofessional. It's because of things like this that startup companies fail. After that call I texted the hippo and got a good deal with excellent service. Shame on you King Price, Shame on you
