King Price
<div> I have had king price as my short term insurer for over 4yrs now. I’m very disappointed at the level of service. I feel totally taken advantage of. I submitted a claim for a dent and scratch on my vehicle almost 2 weeks ago and it has been riddled with challenges. Ultimately the consultant contacts me yesterday informing me that King Price assessors approved only the scratch and they will not honor their contractual obligation to fix the tiny dent on my car as well. I find this shocking because I have the DENTS AND SCRATCHES COVER, at least so I thought. I intend to get in contact with the Short Term Insurance Ombudsman as well. This is totally unfair, I’m feeling exploited as a customer. I’m also taking my business where I will be treated with the level of dignity I deserve. </div>
