Word of advice, never ever ever insure with King Price.

The contractors they use are even worse. I am sure they even go and find the cheapest most *********** people to send out to save as much as possible while we pay high premiums every month.

Body corporates are another **** if you ask me, and Pretor Group is the kings of uselessness.

Maintenance Risk Solutions is the contractor they sent me, I don’t think those people even know the work they cane to do well.

Plumbers, drilled into my wall where the pipes are making an even bigger mess than the geyser they came to replace. They had to open my walls to repair pipes they drilled into in error.

It took them the whole day to change and install one geyser.

In the process they were standing on top of my cupboards which they broke and now refuse to fix saying even though they stood on them and broke them, it is not their responsibility.

They broke my tap, and rather than fix it or replace they finding all kinds of excuses to not be liable for something they acknowledge they broke.

I had to even call and complain before they realized they had to even paint my house with the same colour of the rest of the walls and when they are the ones who made all the dirt and had removed things.

Maintenance Risk Solutions management came to my house and acknowledged the damage and that they will repair, yet now they are telling me they are not liable.

Even their CEO, Marius du Piesanie jumped in to further make me a stupid instead of instructing his people to come and fix the mess they created.

KING PRICE is the insure, PRETOR GROUP is the body corporate, and they are all taking me for a fool.
