King Price 80/20 split Rip of Customers

I was involved in an accident in a parking lot in a shopping mall, and the responsible party for bumping me is insured by King Price Insurance, i reversed into the parking so that it makes it easier for me to get out, the insured party had just passed in front of me and the vehicle behind him left a gap for me to come out of my parking, out of nowhere the insured party reverses most probably giving another vehicle way in front way and obviously not seeing me behind him, well this is an accident, so we did what we normally do and carried on our way, when the time came for the claim we were requested to get 3 quotes, please bear in mind we were not at fault here but we are driving around, anyway got the quotes and sent them to King Price, after a very lengthy waiting period King Price came back claiming i was negligent and pulled some law on public roads that you should look around, but as noted above i reversed into my paring so i had clear view of the insured clients car, even after advising them of such they still advised we were negligent and therefore a 80/20 split would be fair, so i pay 20% for the insured clients vehicle and they pay me 80%, in this instance our claim was for R40k due to this being a Volvo, they advised we were over quoted by all 3 repairers, all RMI approved repairers, eventaully they will settle on giving us R8k as a settlement, and we should accpet this as fair, i would just like to say that i will never use this company for my insurance after this experience.
