King Price

My name is Vuyani I previously wrote to you in connection with King Price regarding my car which was in an accident and this company does not want to settle my car . It is almost a year my case is with ombudsman and still their reason for not paying is that I submitted my bank statements late and my tracker reports co ordinates says i was at the car wash which i stated to the assessor, my car has been repossessed as i no longer could afford legal fees of my lawyers. This is sad as this is going to happen to somebody else while assessors decline our claims due to their issues or them high incentives, I am really hurt to what this company did to me, not even once i misses a payment but immediately after my accident they did not even pay for towing let alone storage and i am sitting with R400000 storage fees and all i got from them was termination of my policy, i was the only child in my family to buy a vehicle due to stress of this it tored my family apart. All i want is for my vehicle to be settled and close this chapter
