In the event of a claim, they are usually fast to respond and efficient in processing. I love that I pay for insurance and peace of mind, and I actually get both even throughout the submitting claim process. I wanted to add my PC in my policy under "portable possessions" and I called yesterday to do so. I was told by a consultant that sales personnel in the "existing client"dept were busy and I'd get a call back later that day. No one called... This usually does not happen and I side with being reasonable, so I let it slide. I called again today, and spoke to Mandy Manning.

We went through the whole s**** and on 2 occasions where I needed clarity on wording, she went and got clarity from her supervisor and came back with info that put me at ease.

Lastly, she took care of my insurance need for the day and made sure I was happy with what she was able to put together.
