I was ready to be without car insurance because of their annual price hike that would have rendered me unable to afford insurance anymore. I sent them an email and got a call from one of their lovely staff members named Claire. Firstly, she spoke to me in Zulu, I’m Zulu so the communication went well and she gave me a deal I couldn’t refuse. My premiums have even been taken down from what I used to pay.
