Unprofessional. Service sucks. Logged a call at 8 this morning, it is now 3 in the afternoon. 10 phone calls and nobody phones back after promises. Stuck without a car, as side window was smashed and their glass company does not have stock. Paying for rental car but nobody sports this out. Luke and Dumisane in claims are pathetic.
