King Price
I've been a customer of King Price Insurance for over a year. On January 19th I was involved in an accident. The accident was not my fault and so I claimed from the person who hit me, she is insured with Santam. Santam are trying to weasel their way out of the problem by blaming me for the accident and refuse to pay the full amount. King Price has done absolutely nothing to assist me. I am paying R1200 a month with an excess of R6500. King Price refuses to assist me and get involved in any way proving that they are nothing more than a small insurance company with no back bone. <br> I have tried on numerous occasions to get help from King Price and I can never get through to the person who initially handled this claim. I have also been told by their 'legal department' that Santam have every right to claim 20% from me (R9700). My own insurer made me feel like a reckless ********. <br> <br> Tyrone Govender
We are so sorry that you feel that way about us. Unfortunately 3rd party claims are much more intricate. In most matters there is always an apportionment of the liability. You may not have caused the incident but may have been negligent to a certain extent. We argue these facts with the 3rd party insurer which usually tends to be a lengthy process.
