they have been decting R500 and something every month from last year July until January 2015. this month l had an accident then lphoned them so they can help me fixing my car they said l need to pay R15000 first then they can fix. l asked them how come because cost of that bamber is not even more than R5000 they said their call centre was supposed to tell me that from the first time but l told them if they explained that to me l was not going to join your insurance. if l have R15000 cash why should ljoin their insurance. l need all my money back they have been deducting from last year July until December l only managed to reverse for last month. l need my my money so l can fix my car it is still not fixed l cancelled the insurance because it is useless.
We always have your best interest at heart and we are so sorry that you are unhappy with your excess. We have listened to the sales call and R15500 is the excess option that you selected, due to the fact that it is a high excess option a team leader was called during your call whom also explained the excess to you and verified that you are happy with it.
We find it very strange that during claim stage you are challenging the very excess you yourself selected.
Please let us know if we can change it for you for future, unfortunately the excess will remain R15500 for this claim.
