King on Price, No Piece of Mind

Insurance is meant to be just that, insurance, but not King price, its a headache, I have never in my life gone through such a long claim process, I grew up being told insurance is very important as specially as a black person, (we can go without it) but I was taught it brings peace of mind and its important, but I'm experiencing the opposite with King Price at the moment, I am being interrogated, despite facts, being asked for bank statements after bank statement despite an accident report being present, I regret ever leaving Dial Direct, never had such troubles during claims, it was a mutual relationship, you pay, we cover you. At this point I think the assessor might even ask why did you shower at 10am the way I find the questions and requests so unrelated to the actual event, the way other insurance companies trust themselves, they say even if the tree jumped in front of you, so I I do not know why the King is giving me so much anxiety, I suffer from chronic depression already hence I do not want a situation that will leave me distressed, very disappointed in the way this matter has been handled, its been over a month and my claim is still not concluded. worst service ever!!!
