King of lies

This is my second incident with king price and last. The assessors they send out are always looking for every excuse to avoid them repairing or paying out.

On the 27th of September after the heavy storm in capetown which affected most homes and residents. I was a beneficiary off the bad weather and my property sustained damages. But I currently have tenants who occupy my place and they are also troublesome. But I registered my claim with "the king" and after 3 weeks an assessor goes out, doesn't even do a thorough inspection, and then goes off. Basically has no intention of best interest for the customer. Then we call ask him to go back as my estate agent and neighbors reported other damage which he did not see. But when the assessor goes back. He takes the word of my horrible tenant and goes with that, and in his actual report, states as per the tenant. King price is refusing to pay for water damages and heavy winds, walls etc they are saying that the grass is long and touching the fence so that's why it cracked not cause of the storm. Also people's roofs actually flew off in the area. But I get told that because there's dirt build up in the gutter it's not their problem etc. Bottom line there's no logic or common sense, just a drive and directive to put you the faithfully premium paying customer at a loss. Cause they don't cover jack. The amount of my damages are R200 000 and king price is only covering me for R11900. I will never recommend their services and I have already started shopping around for a better insurer. Snakes I tell you.
