KING OF EXCUSES

KING PRICE: KING OF EXCUSES:

BLAMING THE WIND IN PRETORIA!!! The most ridiculous excuse ever created by an Insurer not to pay out a Third Party claim. On 26 February 2021 one of King Price’s clients opened his door against my vehicle while I was parked in Pretoria at the Menlyn Main shopping center. The driver apologized for the incident and I proceeded to lodge a claim against the insurer, KING PRICE, as one would do. The claim was lodged with claim number CKP***/1 and assigned to claims handler Dumisani N****eni, I even submitted three quotations in order to have them repair the damage to my vehicle done by their client at the most cost effective and reasonable amount possible. To my absolute dismay I was advised by the claims handler, Dumisani N****eni, my claim would NOT be paid out because their client was not to blame. It was the wind??? In Pretoria…Honestly…This might frankly be the most desperate and disheartened excuse I have ever heard. Did they perhaps consult the wind gods to determine precisely when and where the sudden and unexpected gush of wind came from?? How determined to not pay out a lodged claim against one of their insured drivers do you have to be to steep to such a low and grasp at what can only be described as a ******** and hopeless attempt to get the man on the street to back off all because an insurer has made a ridiculous decision to repudiate my claim! KING OF ****S AND EXCUSES if you ask me. NO feedback from their claims department. NO assistance from their liability advisors and a total disregard for humanity and what is right. And this all because of the sudden gush of wind in Pretoria of all places. Be careful South Africa the winds in Pretoria might be out to get you next and don’t expect KING PRICE to show you any humility or mercy!!!!!! Much like most monarchies this one too seems bound to be out to get you!!!!!!!!
