king nonsense is what kingprice should be called

I logged a claim with king price insurance 3 weeks ago and its been nothing but silence from their end with me constantly having to get an update while being bothered by tow company about my car still being at their yard way after has been assessed, while Bernice the claim administrator had not even bothered to contact me ...eventually I requested to speak to her manager who called me on Monday who promised I would hear from Bernice before end of the day that too never happend.Finally Bernice called on Tuesday to say my claim has been approved and from now I would have to speak with auto repair fixing car just before end of working day Tuesday call auto repair only to be told car still not by them its Thursday today and car still not at auto repair and towing company has confirmed that they still waiting on kingprice to give instruction. Long story short its I have not heard from kingprice in 3 hours since I called them today!They
