King ****mer

Trust me, if there was a way of rating these ****mers 0 stars, that would definitely be my rating. King Price or 'King ****mer' as I call them, is a bunch of ************ people masquerading as a legit business. I am a 75 year old pensioner residing in eShowe. As you can imagine, my financial resources are very limited. My ********** experience with King Price began in April 2023 when I submitted a claim for my property which had been partly destroyed by a floods. King Price deliberately delayed the processing of the claim for an exhausting and strenuous 9 months. Included in the claim were kitchen cabinets, kitchen wall, as well as the roof which, according to an assessor appointed by King Price, was 70% damaged. Whilst, King Price was busy deciding whether to settle the claim, me and my family had find means of protecting ourselves from the exposed roof we were now living under. The situation became so unbearable that I had to hire an independent contractor to come and fix the roof. This was done out of my own pocket as King Price was taking their own sweet time deciding whether to settle the claim. I got so fed up waiting for King Price to make up their minds, I eventually had to gather whatever little funds I had and hire a legal consultant. The legal consultant also came up with the idea of involving the Ombudsman in the matter. I was then given a settlement contract by King Price which had a clause that allows them to either pay the settlement directly to the client or to keep the funds where King Price would appoint a contractor of their choosing. In my case, they opted to keep the funds. I kept asking for receipts from one of employee, Delini Naidoo. He plainly refused to give me the receipts and quotation of the the material they had bought and used for the repairs. The funds I used to fix the roof have never been reimbursed. I then asked for a form that an insurer should provide the client to sign off on the completed work in the form of a written documentation, one of their employees told me King Price has no such form. Since I was asking questions I was told I am being rude and difficult. Long story short, to this day King Price has never been able to assist me in any way. All the money I've used paying my premiums and fixing the damage in my property, which was supposed to be paid in full by King Price as the insurer, has simply been washed down the drain.
