King Price insurance - CKP***/1

<p>I lodged a claim two months ago, and my car was taken in for repairs. I have been phoning king price -Shaldon Harilal every time asking about the status of my car. They promised to phone back every time and never do. I'm without a car, and no one bothers to call me and give me a straight answer of what is happening. I'm inconvenienced and have spent money on hiring a car to take kids to school and go to work. it's been two months of me phoning and getting no definite answer. I am very disappointed as the service sucks and there is no communication from their side. my last interaction with Shaldon was 2 weeks ago where he told me that they are engaging an external assessor and he will call me in &nbsp;a day or two. today is 01 Nov still no word from King PRICE and the whereabouts of my car remains unknown. meanwhile I am incurring costs for a hired car which they stopped paying for.</p> <p>&nbsp;there is definitely nothing royal about the treatment this company offers except when they take your premiums monthly.&nbsp;</p> <p>Please help me deal with this matter. I am frustrated</p>
