<p>I have been dealing with Joe Swafo (Johannes) via emails and I commend him on an excllent. outstanding service. In previous reviews I had said he should be King for a day. I still stand by that.</p> <p>I read in a clause of my Policy that a tracking device is a requirement which was not stipulated or mentioned by the consultant who dealt with me on the day of giving me a quote.</p> <p>I emailed Joe Swafo, God Bless his soul, he is just too awesome, he emailed me back telling me what steps had been taken, and now I can rest at ease.</p> <p>Joe Swafo (King) your super awesome service is greatly appreciated.</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>PS. Note to all consultants at King Price, Please inform your clients when giving quotes about your pre-requisite on the tracking device. I think Managers of these consultants should ensure that the consultants need to mention this clause to customers. It about being safe as well as meeting a target.</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
