King Consultant, Andre Potgieter - King Price
I wanted to cancel my policy with King Price due to a horrific experience with their Claims Department that went all the way to the top (Amanda Jacobs). Andre Potgieter made me change my mind. He was direct, he was honest and he was helpful. And last week i needed assistance with something else regarding my policy. He couldn't help me personally, but he put me in contact with someone who could. Keep this man! You need more people in your company like him... perhaps the Claims Department can learn from him.
