I had two unauthorized debit orders by King Price go off my account, without having a policy with them. I tried phoning them, the service consultant I spoke to confirmed there are no policies linked to me. He was going to escalate it but I am still waiting to be contacted and the ***** on my bank account investigated. I cannot cancel the policy I'm being debited for because it's not in my name.
