Kind, friendly, and knowledgeable

This morning, after having an accident yesterday and so CLEARLY not a happy person, I called to ask for some help and advice from King Price. I was assisted by Legaiyenn Morris who was friendly and sympathetic and gave me all the info and guidance that I needed to sort this all out.
