Kevin Saves The Day

<p>I was assisted today by Kevin Bezuidenhout. Not only was knowledge and advice spot on, but he was patient and Proudly stood by his product and company. I called in to cancel my premium as I supposedly had a cheaper premium elsewhere. Kevin was able to explain why he backs up the best product and was there a real need for me to walk away from a four relationship. His advice was not at first what I wanted to hear, but he patiently buffered all my frustration and helped me come to the best solution for the customer. Should I say a retained customer. Well done to him. </p>
