Keshni does it in 5 minutes

I requested a HOC confirmation letter on the 14th of April from King Price . I had not received the necessary after I made several phone calls to follow up and logged a complaint . Today ( 17 April 2015 ) I once again phone King Price and a lovely lady by the name of Keshni answered ....She assisted me immediately - Increased the cover, issued the required letter ...and this all in less than 15 minutes ......which took other consultants 3 days to do ! Not only am I impressed by her kindness and willigness to assist , but she was at all times professional and assited me until all was confirmed in order by the finance house . King Price , take care of Keshni - She is a diamond !
