Keeps debiting my account after cancellations
Cancelled my policy 3 months ago - both by phone and by email AND the cancellation was acknowledged via telephone TWICE. Yet, here we have a charge off my account a 3rd month in a row. So busy making jokes in your marketing strategy and yet, cannot get your accounts right. Where do I take this next if these people will not stop?
